Are you a CAD Manager looking for a fresh challenge a chance to lead a team working on multiple big engineering projects

Or are you ready to take the step up into management and lead a CAD team working on major engineering projects

Engenda Group are looking for a CAD Manager to head up a small dedicated team delivering design support across petrochemical wastewater power and energy projects.

No two days are the same and youll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What youll be doing:

Leading and developing the CAD team to deliver high-quality outputs.
Overseeing the effective use of CAD tools and processes (Laser Scan Cloud Point Revit BIM).
Maintaining and enforcing design standards and best practice.
Acting as a link between CAD design engineering and project management.
Ensuring deliverables meet client expectations project timelines and internal quality standards.

This isnt just a desk-based role; youll also get out on site to see projects first-hand and work directly with management teams giving you visibility and support at every stage.

You will be working out of Engendas flagship EPC office Antonine Hub a state of the art office on the outskirts of Callendar Park giving you the chance to explore Falkirks green space before after and during work.
