Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home
Location: Bicester Oxfordshire
Provision: 3-bedded Childrens Residential Home (Ages 717 Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties EBD)
Salary:per annum up to 10000 performance bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bedded home in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in building services from the ground up from recruiting and developing a strong team to ensuring the home provides high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards.
You will work closely with the Responsible Individual and wider leadership team to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
What Were Looking For
QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
At least 2 years recent experience in a supervisory/managerial role within a Registered Childrens Home
Strong knowledge of Childrens Home Regulations & Ofsted frameworks
Proven ability to lead inspire and develop staff teams
Full UK Driving Licence
