App Engine Sr Technology Consultant

Role Purpose 

Principal Technical Consultants (TCs) design solutions using best practices and technical domain expertise to achieve desired outcomes. Experts in scoping deals defining business value and ensuring consistent implementation they translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories align technical needs with business objectives and facilitate change management through adoption strategies and training materials. They stay updated on ServiceNow advancements through training and certifications sharing insights with teams and customers. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Influence and guide customers on ServiceNow leading practices to ensure future upgradability and maintainability. 

• Exhibit thought leadership with advanced technical domain expertise surpassing the capabilities of Senior Technical Consultants. 

• Drive large-scale developments and complex deployment processes and integrate sophisticated technical solutions. 

• Lead partner teams and technical governance across diverse engagements resolving technical challenges and addressing gaps. 

• Stay updated on ServiceNow capabilities and trends sharing insights to drive optimal project outcomes. 

• Lead advisory/co-deliver engagements with minimal oversight identifying complex risks and issues early. 

• Coach and mentor junior team members (Senior Technical Consultant Technical Consultant Associate Technical Consultant) on solutioning building expertise and addressing project challenges as they arise. 

• Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes. 

• Design and deliver ServiceNow workflow solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices. 

• Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees. 

• Advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes. 

• Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution. 

• Provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers. 

• Maintain skills / certifications on relevant technologies for applicable workflows. 

Qualifications :

Qualifications 

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. 

• Solid track record with App Engine and Low-Code platforms a core competency for excelling in this role and driving team results.

• 8 years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience. 

• Ability to travel up to 50%. 

• Industry domain expertise in relevant workflow areas. 

• Creative with comfort running projects independently. 

• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution. 

• Experience working collaboratively. 

• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow. 

• Advanced english skills
