Non-Clinical CSR Intake Coordinator

As a CSR Intake Coordinator for Interim HealthCare youll be part of a team that is improving lives through the home-based care they role is a non-clinicalin office position.The Intake Coordinator works in conjunction with the Intake Supervisor to provide a centralized intake and client service function in order to gather pertinent patient/client financial information to optimize sales customer responsiveness and satisfaction as well as quality care. The Intake Coordinator uses telemarketing and follow-up techniques to convert inquiries into requests for youre ready for a career that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of others and reap the rewards that come with it you are made for this!

Pay: $24-$26/hour

Hours:Monday-Friday 830am-5pm

Requirements of the CSR Intake Coordinator:

• Three years relevant experience in medical services or clinical environment with knowledge of medical terminology previous intake experience
• Associate Degree in Business Marketing Healthcare or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred but is not required
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently with short deadlines
• Computer proficiency to include current company software
