SeekingBC/BEPediatricians to join our patient-focused Pediatric Hospitalist program at St. Lukes Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls opportunity boasts a supportive work environment and close collaboration witha multi-disciplinary team including child life social work nutrition and case management dedicated to providing exceptional inpatient pediatric care. The Pediatric Hospitalists work closely with well-established local Pediatric clinics as well as the Pediatric Hospitalist program in Boise. Enjoy state-of-the-art facilities associated with the states only Childrens Hospital while working within an award-winning health system in a thriving community built along the Snake River Canyon in the mist of Shoshone Falls The Niagara of the West.

What to Expect:

  • Caring for inpatient pediatric patients within a dedicated ten-bed pediatric unit with specialty trained pediatric nurses normal newborn exams consults for the emergency department or other teams as needed and ongoing medical education of both residents and medical students.
  • Attending deliveries is not required as there is an on-site NICU.
  • Pediatric subspecialty care is available through the associated Childrens hospital and includes most pediatric subspecialties.
  • Call is from home and the schedule offers excellent work/life balance as well as high degree of predictability.
  • There is ample opportunity for involvement in system-level quality improvement projects and leadership activities.
