The Warehouse Coordinator helps to administrate and supervise all the vital information on performance in the daily production plan to complete improvement plans to reduce the loss time. Responsible for receiving delivering and shipping materials on time and keeping the quality of materials in and during the supply process.

Core Responsibilities

Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency. Support inventory control through cycle counts reconciliations and reporting. Record and update material movements in the ERP/WMS system.

Provide follow-up with suppliers for quotations purchase orders and deliveries. Prepare and maintain warehouse-related reports (inventory KPIs shipments). Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and quality procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement logistics and production.

• 1 2 years of Experience in Logistics/ Warehouse.
• Industrial engineering Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
• PC high level (office) Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn data analysis tools Management of computer programs (Office SAP Power BI SharePoint) Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (Oracle or similar).
• Advanced English language reading written and speaking.
• Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable to work with different areas Decision making in the field for changes and / or solution of immediate problems. Attitude of continuous improvement Leadership Costumer Service Teamwork.
