The College of Computing & Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for the position of Research Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine LLM-powered agents capable of understanding user intent adapting to context and executing repetitive tasks without requiring traditional programming knowledge.
Conduct experiments with real end users to evaluate usability reliability and effectiveness of dialogue-driven programming systems.
Analyze user interactions and feedback to identify challenges improve alignment and enhance collaboration between humans and AI systems.
Contribute to publications at top-tier venues and share findings with the broader research community.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Support teaching and mentoring activities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience building LLM based programming systems
Experience in building interactive / fullstack online systems
Good programming skills and experience with machine learning framework
Publication record is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team.
