Job Description
JOB DUTIES
Analyze review plans & specification attend pre-bid and construction meeting and monitor construction activities prepare reports o management if a problem arises that needs proper action
Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project group
Random check on the quality of works construction methods and perform material testing on on-going housing units land development and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification
Monitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from time to time
Performs Research & Development work related to quality assurance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Must be licensed and has 2 years of experience
Familiar in Land Development and Mass housing activities
With knowledge of QC inspection and different materials testing and procedures
With strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to organize prioritize work plan and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
Detail-oriented
With a good moral and positive attitude
