Working under the Facilities Management team and reporting to the Cleaning and Catering Manager this is an exciting opportunity to join West Midlands Fire Service as a Cleaning and Catering Supervisor.
The team currently services 38 fire stations our transport workshop a command development training facility and our Headquarters in central Birmingham.
Responsibilities
deliver and support cleaning and catering operations across multiple sites
carry out cleaning of station kitchens and other facilities
supervise and support cleaning staff ensuring standards are met and provide ongoing development
assist the Cleaning and Catering Manager with administration and staff management
work closely with the wider Facilities Management team supporting compliance and other administrative duties as required
Experience and skills
Applications are open to anyone with supervisory cleaning experience.
