Position: Temp Support Workers Required
Various Shifts Available
Location: Blackwood Caerphilly
Start: ASAP
Pay: Starting from 12.21 Per Hour Depending On Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate person-centred support to individuals in residential and supported living settings.
- Assist with daily activities including personal care meal preparation and community engagement.
- Promote independence and wellbeing in line with individual care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other support staff and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or support role.
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
