Job Summary
Position TypePart-time: One 45-minute session per week and One 30-minute session per weekReports ToExecutive Director and Directors of Special EducationGeneral Areas of Responsibility - Participates in evaluation and assessments - Implements therapy procedures for student/students - Contributes to progress reports and assists in collecting data for IEPs. - Maintain accurate timely and confidential documentation of physical therapy services - Maintains all records in accordance with state and federal policies. - Assists with establishing goals for students. - Follow all policies and procedures as established by the school. - Maintain confidentiality regarding information for all staff students and their families.
