Job Description
Were looking for a highly motivated and professional HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized detail-oriented and eager to support the full employee this role you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive HR support including accurate data entry meticulous filing and managing HR databases.
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Facilitating the new hire process including background checks new hire paperwork and setting up employee files.
- Coordinating and assisting with employee onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Compensation: Pay for this position is $24$26 per hour. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors including your education work experience location specific job duties and certifications.
