We are currently seeking skilled Swiss CNC Machinists to join our growing team in Glenview IL

Youll be operating Swiss-type CNC machines (Citizen Star Tsugami or similar) to produce precision components for industries such as medical aerospace and high-tech manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines (multi-axis)
Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and work instructions
Inspect parts using micrometers calipers and other precision tools
Adjust offsets and tooling as needed to maintain part quality
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

2 years of experience operating Swiss CNC lathes (Citizen Star Tsugami preferred)
Strong understanding of G-code blueprints and part inspection
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (either day or night)
High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
2nd Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Pay Range: $20-$30/hr - Based on experience
