Job Summary

Our client a well-established company offering a wide range of commercial services from plumbing to ductless heat pumps is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and quality of the environments in which they operate. Responsibilities:

Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Carry out service repairs and projects
Respond to service calls in a timely manner
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on HVAC systems
Perform equipment start-ups
Manage building system and HVAC controls
Manage schedules and maintain strong time management skills
Maintain strong communication with customers
Operate a service van

Qualifications:

06A Electrical license
EPA license
VRF and Heat Pump certifications on equipment
Universal refrigeration card
Valid drivers license that passes insurance requirements
Refrigerant license - City of Seattle
Willingness to participate in drug tests
Able to work with mechanical tools
Capable of lifting objects up to 75 lbs
Good driving record (for insurance)
Ability to work independently on Service Calls
Union affiliations: Local 32 Local 66 or non-union applicants with a willingness to join one of the unions
