Job Summary
Position: Project Sales Executive
Our client a leader in the Design-Build / Engineering Services sector provides a wide range of services including Pre-Construction Detailing BIM VDC Special Projects Plumbing & Pipefitting Installation HVAC & Fabrication. They are currently seeking a Project Sales Executive to join the organization playing a key role in driving new business and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market research networking and industry events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners developers general contractors subcontractors aiming to foster repeat business and grow the companys client base
- Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate and competitive bids for plan/specs design/build and negotiated projects
- Work closely with the Engineering design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market conditions being able to make necessary adjustments
Qualifications:
- Experience in hunting for new business ideally in the HVAC/Special Projects sector
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales/business development role
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining client relationships
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and market conditions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
