Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute engineering projects supporting production programs.
- Assess and resolve non-conformances in real time to maintain production flow.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
- Optimize processes to reduce waste improve yield and enhance efficiency.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design quality manufacturing and product management.
- Provide engineering authority for material review and technical dispositions.
- Train and support team members with technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (required) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant project engineering experience (or 7 years with a Masters or 13 years without a degree).
- Strong knowledge of design manufacturing and testing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD GD&T analysis or materials (required).
- Previous experience with root cause investigations and non-conformance resolution.
- Familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA process optimization and systems engineering principles.
- Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
