Job Title: Mattress Sales Representative & Delivery Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mattress Sales Representative who excels at sales and can also handle the physical aspects of the role including lifting and delivering furniture. This position requires proven sales experience strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure smooth delivery and setup for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting mattresses and furniture that fit their needs preferences and budget.
Use proven sales skills to drive revenue close deals and meet sales goals.
Explain product features warranties and financing options in detail.
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming showroom environment.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Safely lift load and deliver mattresses and furniture to customer homes.
Set up merchandise at customer locations while providing excellent service.
Ensure proper handling and care of products during loading transport and installation.
Assist with inventory management and showroom restocking.
Qualifications:
Sales experience required (retail furniture mattress or related industry preferred).
Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs regularly.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends evenings and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Regularly lift carry and maneuver heavy furniture/mattresses (50 lbs).
Comfortable performing physical deliveries and installations.
