Job Description
About the Role:
- Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair / replacement works for M&E services.
- Preparation of material for carrying out of maintenance regime
- Assist in checks on new installations for proper installation pertaining to insulation work piping gradient and accessibility
- Safety Inspection of equipment to ensure they are in working order
- Servicing and maintaining of ACMV System including chilled water system DX system VRV system and mechanical ventilation system
- Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance works as per schedule
- Attend to customer complaints and resolve or contain the issue
- Submit and compile service reports after completion of maintenance works
- Inspection and taking readings of meters
- Stock taking for inventory
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
About You:
- Strong aircon/electrical knowledge and hands-on experience
- AClass 3 driving licenceis a big plus!
