1 2 ans dexpriences en tant que technicien(ne) bureautique
Windows 10 MacOS
Suites Office 365
Appareils iPad et iPhone
Connaissance des principes de rseau
Assurer le soutien technique configurer et installer des ordinateurs dans plusieurs versions de Windows et de MacOS
Rsolution de problmes techniques avec lquipement informatique notamment des imprimantes des serveurs un rseau des appareils mobiles et quipements de salles de confrence
Rsoudre de faon autonome la majorit des problmes en bureautique avec un minimum de supervision; confier les problmes non rsolus un employ dun chelon suprieur
Assurer le soutien technique et lentretien dapplications bureautiques
Crer mettre jour rsoudre et confier un chelon suprieur les demandes dassistance dans un systme de billetterie (la connaissance de ServiceNow est un atout)
Documenter faire un suivi et surveiller le problme pour une rsolution dans les plus brefs dlais possibles
Donner une rtroaction aux quipes de soutien technique internes et externes
Crer et tenir jour une documentation claire sur les diverses procdures de soutien technique
Exprience de support bureautique en entreprise
