Job Description
Join a leading chrome plating facility in Geneva IL where advanced surface treatments and meticulous craftsmanship drive durable high-performance results.
Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic equipment across the plating lineensuring optimum uptime and safety.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6am to 4:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 6pm to 6am
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery (electrical hydraulic pneumatic mechanical) to maintain production flow
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and document activities thoroughly HRBlade1Read and interpret technical schematics blueprints and equipment manuals
- Operate and maintain a range of hand and power tools welding equipment and diagnostic instruments
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve complex equipment issues efficiently
- Maintain safety protocols and facility standards adhering to OSHA and company guidelines
- Assist in installation calibration and setup of new equipment and systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
- Minimum 23years in industrial maintenance or related roles
- Proficient with electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals
- Skilled in using tools welding and maintenance equipment
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
