What will you do
TheSenior Civil Designer / Modelerwill play a key technical role in project delivery applying their expertise in civil design and modeling to develop high-quality solutions. This role involves designing roads carparks earthworks drainage utility services water and sewer systems and pavements collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and ANZ-based stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and review detailed civil design drawings models and documentation usingAutoCAD12dCivil 3D and other relevant design tools.
- Develop and manage 3D models to support project execution.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers surveyors and planners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure designs meet client specifications ANZ standards or similar environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies site assessments and technical reporting.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines budgets and quality benchmarks are achieved.
- Mentor junior designers and review their work for technical accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with ANZ-based stakeholders and clients for project updates and reviews.
- Stay updated with ANZ design standards codes and best practices.
- Support tender preparation cost estimation and technical proposals when required.

What can you bring to the team
Firstly you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and actively pursue continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:
- Relevant tertiary Engineering qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of design experience with a background and interest in roads carparks earthworks drainage utility services designs pavement design and related civil infrastructure.
- Proven skills in design and documentation of civil infrastructure to ANZ standards or similar.
- Proficiency in industry design software including 12d Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering design standards and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills teamwork and self-motivation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a remote or multi-location team setting.
