The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Project Lead Engineer. You will play an important role and lead the technical work towards several of our customers in Norway.

How youll make an impact

• You will lead technical work to ensure adherence to quality timelines and financial targets per contract specifications and safety requirements.

• You will focus on power and control system deliveries to customers in Norway including grid companies industries and the transport sector.

• Lead and coordinate a diverse team spanning various engineering disciplines internally and externally.

• Operate at the intersection of sales and project execution maintaining extensive customer contact in both areas.

• You will collaborate closely with the project manager to align on objectives and deliverables.

• Engage with high-voltage installations (>36kV) transformers protection & control systems auxiliary power supplies.

• Develop ideas and work continuously with improvements to our technical solutions.

Your background

• Relevant experience within electrical field or experience with power distribution.

• Experience in leading technical team is desirable.

• Good understanding of interfaces between different HV devices protection and control systems as well as different professional disciplines (as electromechanical engineers electrical engineers system engineers and commissioning).

• Understand how to achieve success aligned with the companys values quality focus HSE (Health Safety and Environment) initiatives and financial goals.

• Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with colleagues customers and partners.

• Show initiative and maintain a high degree of independence in your work.

• Fluent communication skills both oral and written in at least one of the Scandinavian languages in addition to English is desirable .
