About the job
We are looking for a hands-on Junior Business Analyst with a passion for process optimization and a technical mindset. As part of our Development team you will be working on the Vennex project our MTF exchange platform for trading shares and bonds in small to medium sized enterprises and crowdfunding platforms. You will play a key role in driving the success of our Agile sprints. You will ensure that the team stays focused track progress and facilitate smooth communication with various stakeholders.
As a Junior Business Analyst you will work alongside colleagues in the development team the product owner business analysts and C-level management. You will operate in niche markets with specific business requirements requiring flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt.
The focus of the position
Working closely with the IT-development team on continuous improvement
Estimated the required time costs and impact of implementing the established backlog
Organizing demo sessions
Drawing up epics story lines and user stories and making them concrete with associated requirements
Create wireframes flowcharts and swim lanes to visualize processes
Work within our customized version of Agile and be responsible for streamlining sprints
Writing new and updating existing user technical and client documentation
Contribute to the Vennex project and crowdfunding initiatives
Job requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Economics or a Technical field
At least 1 year of project-based working experience in a financial or technical environment
Tech-savvy
Fluent in English (Dutch is a pre) in writing and speech
Knowledge of financial services/trading/blockchain is a plus but not a must; whats more important is your interest in the field and in software development
