Job Summary
Title: TECHNOLOGY INVENTORY CLERKQualifications:Ability to work independently to solve problemsDemonstrated solid interpersonal and communications skillsExtremely detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks and document processesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and work order tracking systemsExperience working with children helpfulReporting Relationships: Reports directly to the Director of Technology ServicesGeneral Responsibilities: To track and manage all hardware and software for the Franklin Technology Department using specified software and document both existing and future processes as they are developed. Performance Responsibilities:Maintains accurate inventory tracking of all software and hardwareMeets with appropriate personnel to determine inventory data collection needsUtilizes various applications to track and manipulate inventory recordsDevelops and improves inventory data collection procedures and methodsWorks in collaboration with Technology Department personnel as requiredWorks in collaboration with other Departments as requiredPerforms other related duties as assigned by Director of TechnologyEvaluation: Annually by the Director of Technology Services. Terms of Employment: School year: 4 days at 6 hrs 24 hours per week Non-bargaining unit position
