We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Account Manager to join our Budapest this role you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Etsy and Amazon ensuring our product listings performance and customer experience are optimized for success. You will work closely with our marketing operations and CSR colleagues to drive sales maintain brand standards and enhance visibility across both marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee daily operations of our Etsy and Amazon accounts including monitoring KPIs sales performance and compliance with platform policies.
- Listing Optimization: Create update and optimize product listings (titles descriptions keywords imagery) to maximize search visibility and conversion.
- Promotions & Advertising: Plan and manage advertising campaigns (Etsy Ads) analyze performance and adjust strategies for ROI improvement.
- Inventory & Pricing: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock availability competitive pricing and smooth order fulfillment.
- Customer Experience: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries reviews and feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Data & Reporting: Provide regular performance reports analyze trends and recommend strategies for growth.
- Marketplace Growth: Identify new opportunities within Etsy and Amazon ecosystems such as new product launches or partnerships.
Requirements :
- Proven experience managing Etsy and/or Amazon accounts (minimum 2 3 years).
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms SEO and paid advertising strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hungarian is a plus).
- Detail-oriented highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across deferent departments.
