Job Summary
Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge. Interprets questions/requests and ensures proper resolution. May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.
The Order Management Representative is responsible for
1. Managing the order process from order generation through the completion of the process prior to invoicing.
2. This position has extensive contact with internal and external stakeholders including logistics teams, customers, sales reps, commercial leaders, production, and others.
