Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager at goFLUENT China you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will play a crucial role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their current and future training needs challenges and identify strategies to maximize goFLUENTs impact.
- Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert providing guidance and support.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
- Identify upsell opportunities to drive growth.
- Collect and analyze learner feedback to offer improvement suggestions and contribute to the development of our digital solution.
- Establish yourself as a credible voice in digital learning best practices providing industry insights guidance and recommendations to optimize clients training performance.
What you will need:
- A passion for Customer Success with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B company.
- Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt easily to change.
- Organized methodical and able to adapt to varied projects.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to meeting customer expectations.
- A team player who values diversity and knowledge sharing in a fast-growing respectful work environment.
- Advanced level of English to collaborate with colleagues and clients worldwide.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Ability to create and manage documents and presentations is required.
