Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join a finance team on a contract basis with potential for permanent placement.

Contract term: 1.5 years Mat leaveg

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and receivable
Prepare journal entries and assist with reconciliations
Support month-end closing and financial reporting
Maintain organized accounting records
Assist with process improvements and projects as needed

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Accounting Finance or related field
1 year of accounting experience
Strong Excel and accounting software skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills

This contract position comes with a retention bonus of $2k-$3k at the end of the contract term.
