At Factorial were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content & Documentation Internto join our Customer Experience team.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in knowledge management content creation and cross-team collaboration while contributing to the improvement of our Help Center and Internal Knowledge Base.
As a Content & Documentation Intern you will support the team in creating and maintaining documentation analyzing user feedback and ensuring our knowledge resources are accessible accurate and impactful.
What Youll Do
- Assist in creating updating and maintaining articles for both the Help Center and the Internal Knowledge Base.
- Review content for accuracy clarity and consistency.
- Support translations and multilingual updates of articles.
- Collaborate with other teams (Customer Service Product...) to collect information and identify documentation needs.
Your Profile
- Currently studying a degree in Communications Languages Business Information Management or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
- Interest in knowledge management customer support or content strategy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
