Job Summary
QA Tester:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing particularly within the healthcare domain. This role requires a solid understanding of claims processing member and provider data and EDI 837 submissions along with technical skills to validate data from SQL server APIs and backend processes. As a mid-level role you will contribute independently while also supporting junior testers and collaborating closely with developers and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Qualifications / Responsibilities: : 7 years of experience in
Manual and Automation testing
Design develop and execute comprehensive test cases test plans and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing of web applications APIs and database layers.
Validate healthcare claims workflows including 837 submissions eligibility and provider/member data.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data in SQL Server.
Collaborate with developers and QA leads to ensure proper test coverage in sprints.
Log track and retest defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Contribute to automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress or Postman for APIs).
Conduct regression integration and performance testing as required.
Assist in mentoring junior testers and reviewing their test cases.
