Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UAT Tester specialized in Credit Card systems and transactions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating credit card functionalities ensuring compliance with security standards and confirming that the system meets business requirements and end-user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders product managers and development teams to understand requirements related to credit card transactions and features.
• Develop review and execute UAT test plans test cases and test scripts tailored to credit card functionalities.
• Perform end-to-end testing of credit card processing applications including authorization settlement refunds voids security features and compliance.
• Validate security protocols such as PCI DSS compliance encryption fraud detection and anti-fraud measures.
• Identify document and track defects using defect management tools (e.g. Jira TestRail).
• Ensure testing covers various scenarios including edge cases error handling and boundary conditions.
• Analyze and report on testing progress issues and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT activities with end-users and stakeholders facilitating feedback and sign-off.
• Ensure all testing complies with industry standards security policies and organizational procedures.
• Assist in review sessions for requirement clarity and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in UAT testing specifically with credit card or payment systems.
• Strong understanding of credit card processing payment gateways and transaction workflows.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS standards and security measures related to credit card data.
• Experience in testing fraud prevention encryption tokenization and related security features.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira TestRail or ALM.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple testing activities.

Knowledge of scripting or automation for testing (optional but a plus).
