Job Description
Job Location: 9501 E. Shea Blvd. Scottsdale AZ 85260
Job Duration: 3 Months Extension09/22/2025 to 03/21/2026
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7 AM - 4 PM

- Backing up the shipping and receiving department. Handling UPS and FedEx deliverys and pick ups.
- Doing the van run from our Scottsdale location to the Phoenix and Chandler location.
- Metering mail and gathering mail and paperwork for pickups.
- The job scope is working with the CVS corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers.
- Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule.
- This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received print insert postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.
