Job Summary

$15000 COMPLETION BONUS

This is a Special Procedures Cath Lab Tech Position:
Must have ARRT and AZ Radiologic Technologist license - CAN APPLY FOR AZ LICENSE UPON OFFER

Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission

Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
All RTO should be listed on the cover page must be less than 7 days.

RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.

All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Requirement description :

Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
24 months minimum of current Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist experience - REQUIRED
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
No License Hits - REQUIRED
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
