CT Technologist (Permanent Role) Location: Kissimmee FL 34741
Shift: Variable 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our this role you will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures and contribute to a positive patient experience in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols
- Prepare and position patients for procedures
- Operate CT equipment efficiently and safely
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images for accurate clinical interpretation
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies as necessary
- Collaborate with radiologists nurses and other healthcare staff
- Adhere to all safety and infection control standards
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of CT experience is required.
- FSED roles require acute care experience.
- Education:
- Associate degree or completion of an approved school of radiology.
- Licensure & Certifications:
- State of Florida HRS General Radiography License
- ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)-Required
- Current BCLS-C Certification
- Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates
