Overview

Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Location: Peterborough NH
Schedule: Full-time Orientation period before independent shifts

Join our client as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse where you will provide essential nursing care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality patient care and will have opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned patients
Plans directs and evaluates total nursing care and functions in one unit during a specific shift
Ensures continuity of care by effectively communicating with other shifts
Maintains positive working relationships with other departments and nursing units
Participates in all phases of staff education record maintenance and updates to policies procedures and skill development

Schedule and Shift Details

A 4 to 6 week orientation period is provided prior to beginning independent floor assignments

Openings in Various Other Departments

In addition to Emergency Room roles opportunities may be available in other units across the facility

Qualifications
Required:

Associate degree or higher in nursing
At least one year of experience in any of the following areas:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR systems
- EHR implementation
Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) certification
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
