Job Summary

Role: QA Analyst

Location & Remote Work Details: (Hybrid) Primarily Remote but must be available for non-reimbursed travel to client sites in Brooklyn NY for key meetings as required.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Key Duties:

Develop and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts for functional security integration and performance testing.
Execute functional regression and integration tests on applications.
Conduct thorough accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
Identify document and track defects to resolution using a formal bug-tracking system.
Query SQL Server databases to validate data integrity and test outcomes.
Produce formal test result reports and contribute to project sign-off documentation (e.g. Release Acceptance Report).

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
Tooling: High proficiency in writing complex SQL Queries MS Excel and Power BI. Proficiency with MS Project and MS Visio for test planning and process mapping.
Preferred: Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium Playwright); Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or similar certification.
