Job Description
Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL & MF COBOL Developer (Oracle 12c Visual Studio Shell/Perl Production Support)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Extensive experience working with Oracle 12c or higher including expertise in PL/SQL development Functions Stored Procedures Table design/handling Performance Tuning and implementing complex business rules.
- Hands-on experience in application development using MF COBOL and/or Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Proven experience in application development leveraging PL/SQL for enterprise-level solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in monitoring and supporting 24/7 production schedules involving approximately 250 monthly jobs including responding to production control communications and resolving operational issues.
- Strong background in creating production environment runbooks using shell scripting tools with Perl scripting preferred.
