Job Summary
Job Title: Gen AI Project Manager
Location: Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects related to insurance claims systems tools and processes.
- Define project scope goals deliverables and timelines in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans manage resources budgets and schedules and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication on project status risks dependencies and changes.
- Gather document and validate requirements from business units and ensure alignment with technical teams.
Skills:
- 5 years of experience in project management preferably in the insurance or claims domain.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects related to claims processing policy management or other core insurance functions.
- Deep understanding of insurance claims workflows including intake processing adjudication and settlement.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira Microsoft Project Trello Rally etc.).
