Your Role:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
- Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
