Job Description
- Develop project plans. Define clear objectives timelines and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Manage project risks. Identify potential obstacles implement mitigation strategies and adjust plans as needed to ensure smooth execution.
- Optimize workflows. Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for greater productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders. Facilitate communication among project teams PMOs and key decision-makers to maintain alignment on project goals.
- Lead project teams. Assign tasks based on team members strengths monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee project lifecycle. Manage all phases from initiation and planning to execution monitoring and closure using Agile or PMI standards as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance. Adhere to industry best practices such as PMBOK guidelines while aligning with company policies and objectives.
