Overview:
Were looking for a BDR/SDR who thrives in a consultative solution-based B2B sales environment. This role requires curiosity confidence and the ability to connect business pain points to measurable ROI. Youll identify qualify and engage prospects across industries using insight-driven outreach not scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover client needs challenges and business objectives.
Craft compelling ROI-focused outreach messages tailored to each prospects industry and priorities.
Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and support deal progression.
Maintain pipeline hygiene and track all engagement activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging campaigns and target lists.
Represent the brand authentically no AI scripts or robotic outreach.
Requirements:
2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS cloud infrastructure or data-driven technology.
Proven success using a solution-based pain-driven sales approach.
Strong business acumen and ability to link technology benefits to business outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills confident natural and articulate.
Comfortable with CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools.
