RiverView Health is a community owned membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston MN.
RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities
INTERNAL and EXTERNAL - Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - Primary Care Clinic General Surgery Specialty Care Coordination
Location: Crookston Clinic (Primary)
Position Status:1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period); Non-exempt subject to OT
Schedule:80 hours per two-week pay period; must be able to work weekend schedule (every 12th weekend)
Pay Range: $30.88 - $43.24 /hr; includes competitive benefits package
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position will primarily support the General Surgery Practice in our Crookston Clinic assisting patients with their healthcare needs and scheduling for surgery. This position will also work in Primary Care coordinating care for Patients with Chronic Disease
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers.
- Administer medications immunizations and treatments as directed.
- Collect and document patient vital signs and health history.
- Assist with procedures and patient education.
- Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Education for Patients with Chronic Disease and helping Patients coordinate and manage their care.
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
Minimum(s):
- Current RN license in Minnesota and North Dakota. ND license must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not already held.
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification (or) must obtain within 4 months of hire training provided.
Preferred:
- 1 years of Clinic experience
Competencies:
- Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds with professionalism and care
- Strong communication critical thinking and interpersonal skills
