DescriptionADI is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The CSM will be responsible for building strong relationships with our key customers ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products and driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving as well as a proactive approach to anticipating client needs.
JOB DUTIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer building trusted relationships.
- Guide customers through onboarding adoption and ongoing usage of our products/services.
- Drive sales customer engagement and adoption through regular check-ins.
- Collaborate with Product and Admin teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor metrics and provide insights to improve satisfaction and outcomes.
- Facilitate renewals upselling and expansion opportunities by demonstrating value.
- Advocate for customers internally by providing feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven experience experience in Customer Success Account Management or a client-facing role.
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Experience using Salesforce and SAP
