We are seeking an experienced Clinical Solutions Specialist to provide both pre and post-sales support. This role is crucial in ensuring healthcare professionals gain maximum benefit from the technology through training demonstrations and ongoing customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals and internal sales teams.
- Deliver hands-on training during product installation and as part of customer engagement activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues while ensuring customers are confident in using the solutions provided.
- Participate in industry events such as conferences exhibitions etc.
- Carry out regular customer visits to ensure proper usage and optimal performance of equipment.
- Provide structured training programs for junior application specialists and mentor new team members.
- Maintain image quality and equipment performance standards at customer sites.
- Support pre-sales activities by preparing and delivering tailored product presentations and demonstrations.
- Ensure demo equipment is fully operational and ready for customer engagement.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback on product performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography Biomedical Science Medical Physics or related field.
- Prior experience in medical imaging applications (e.g. X-ray CT MRI or ultrasound).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
