Job Title: Lead Analyst
Position: Scrum Master
Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Guide and coach development teams on Agile/Scrum practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews retrospectives).
Ensure teams follow agreed-upon Agile processes and practices.
Work with Product Owner to help manage the product backlog and ensure clarity in requirements.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
Shield the team from outside distractions and foster a culture of focus and accountability.
Track and report on team performance metrics (velocity burn-down charts etc.).
Promote continuous improvement and drive Agile maturity within the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
Excellent facilitation coaching and conflict resolution skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira Rally Azure DevOps Trello).
Ability to manage multiple teams or projects (if required).
