Job Title: Team Manager - Occupational Therapist
Location: Solihull
Pay Rate: 34.2244.73 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager on behalf of its client for an Occupational Therapist role. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care and management and will lead a multi-disciplinary OT team based in Solihull.
Team Includes:
Community Duty Housing and Childrens OTs
Supported By:
3 Assistant Team Managers
Reports To:
Head of Service (also an OT)
What will your responsibilities be
- Operational team management
- Oversight of assessments adaptations and equipment
- Staff supervision and service development
- Partnership working and safeguarding
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in a local authority setting preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
- Based in Islington with travel for community visits
