Principales Fonctions et Responsabilites:

Gestion de comptes

  • Identifier de faon proactive les domaines de croissance des inscriptions et grer les proccupations des clients
  • Agir en tant que champion de programme auprs dintervenants influents
  • Former et encadrer de nouveaux membres de lquipe sur le terrain afin de promouvoir les services de programme aux patients et aux PSS
  • Collaborer avec les CD commerciaux afin de maximiser les opportunits de programmes auprs de clients cls et dexcuter des tactiques

Direction

  • Travailler avec lquipe de gestion pour assurer une comprhension claire de la mission et des objectifs dquipe
  • Collaborer avec lquipe de gestion pour aider cerner les comptences requises pour les projets ou les activits de travail et assortir les comptences requises aux talents disponibles
  • Travailler avec les gestionnaires de la formation pour amliorer les comptences de lquipe et combler les lacunes dans les connaissances
  • Obtenir des commentaires sur les amliorations de programmes
  • Rester lafft des tendances de lindustrie et des importantes lois en suspens qui ont des rpercussions sur les affaires
  • Favoriser une amlioration proactive et continue de la qualit

Ressources humaines

  • Responsable du recrutement des entrevues et de lembauche pour les postes vacants
  • Effectuer les valuations du rendement et grer le dveloppement professionnel pour lquipe de terrain
  • Responsable de la formation et de la motivation / du dveloppement des quipes sur le terrain
  • Consacrer une part importante du temps sur le terrain avec les quipes distantes
  • Grer les relations avec les employs et la discipline progressive
  • Surveiller les activits (IRC) pour assurer une exprience client suprieure et assurer la conformit avec les procdures de fonctionnement du programme
  • Utiliser des systmes (CRM Rapports) pour surveiller former et encadrer les quipes sur le terrain
  • Approuver les achats dpenses kilomtrage et autres dpenses lies au budget

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Proactively identify areas of enrollment growth and manage client issues
  • Act as program champion with influential stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor new field team members to promote program services to patients and HCPs
  • Collaborate with Commercial DMs to maximize program opportunities with key customers and execute tactics

Leadership

  • Work with management team to ensure clear understanding of team mission and goals
  • Work with management team to help identify skills that are need for projects or work activities and match skill requirements with available talent
  • Work with Training Managers to improve competencies of team and address knowledge gaps
  • Obtain feedback and input on program enhancements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and important pending legislation impacting business
  • Fosters proactive continued quality improvement

Human Resources

  • Responsible for recruiting interviewing and hiring for vacant positions
  • Conduct Performance Reviews and manage Professional Development for field team
  • Responsible for training and motivating/ developing field teams
  • Spends a significant proportion of time in the field with the remote teams
  • Manage employee relations and progressive discipline
  • Monitor activities (KPIs) to ensure superior customer experience and ensure compliance with Programs operating procedures
  • Utilize systems (CRM Reports) to monitor train and coach field teams
  • Approves purchases expenses mileage and other budget related expenses

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Health professional background such as nursing or other medical expertise is an asset
  • Requires minimum of 5 years experience in people management or clinical program management or related fields within healthcare
  • CCPE certification an asset
  • Experience with patient support program management an asset
  • Proficiency in key account management
  • Proficiency at understanding the private and public reimbursement environments an asset
  • Proficiency at understanding and leveraging data to identify opportunities and challenges with customers and team members
  • Proficiency at coaching field team to promote program services to customers and patients
  • Proficiency at identifying and championing efficiencies (tasks technology etc)
  • Proficiency at working with CRM and leveraging its analytics
  • Dynamic leader who can energize multidisciplinary teams to learn and apply new skills and /or techniques to respond to the business needs

The successful candidate will (requirement)/may (asset) have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
