Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Rate: $65 $70 per hour ($2600 $2800 weekly)

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Radiology CT Technologistfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scanning procedures with precision applying independent judgment and technical expertise.

• Operate CT scanners control consoles peripheral hardware and related equipment.

• Select and apply proper imaging techniques to obtain optimal results.

• Set up maintain and adjust equipment performing calibration as needed.

• Position and prepare patients ensuring comfort safety and accurate imaging.

• Review and process requests for radiologic studies.

• Communicate clearly with patients explaining procedures and addressing concerns.

• Provide care for patients physical and emotional needs during procedures.

• Assist physicians and nurses in monitoring and treating patients as needed.

• Document and maintain accurate imaging and patient records.

• Apply radiation protection principles including shielding and beam restriction.

• Coordinate workflow for timely completion of studies.

• Evaluate images for technical quality and accuracy.

• Administer contrast media when trained and authorized.

• Follow hospital policies safety and infection control protocols.

• Maintain continuing education requirements as per ARRT and state regulations.

• Uphold ethical standards patient confidentiality and professional conduct.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiography Program.

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Valid Massachusetts State License in Radiation Control.

• ARRT-registered in CT or certified through an accredited CT program.

• Current BLS certification.

• Strong communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care.
