Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain fabrication machinery to produce flawless products
- Flexibility to perform work where ever needed
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure optimal performance
- Perform quality checks to determine and ensure product specifications are met
- Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Requirements
- Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work
- Ability to learn how to read measuring tools such as calipers protractors measuring tape etc.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and skill to operate within a motivated team
- Capability to operate during the 2nd shift hours (2:00pm to 10:30pm and some manditory overtime)
- Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods
