Vehicle Acquisition Agent Oakes Auto Group

Oakes Auto Group is growing and were looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Agent to join our winning team. This role is critical in helping us source high-quality vehicles directly from private sellers service drive customers and inbound seller leads. If youre competitive driven and skilled at building relationships this is an exciting opportunity to help fuel our inventory growth.
Responsibilities
Prospect and connect with private sellers through outbound calls digital outreach and lead follow-up.
Engage with service drive customers to generate appraisal opportunities.
Build trust and rapport with potential sellers to maximize acquisition opportunities.
Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and valuations.
Complete purchase transactions with professionalism and transparency.
Consistently hit acquisition targets while representing the Oakes Auto Group brand.

Qualifications
Previous sales acquisition or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build quick rapport and create trust with potential sellers.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve measurable results.
Organized and detail-oriented in completing purchase transactions.
